The challenge: spend was stuck around $25K/month with returns that didn’t justify scaling. What we did: restructured the account so branded, shopping, and Performance Max stopped competing with each other, fixed conversion tracking, and scaled budget only after efficiency was proven — spend rose just 19% while revenue more than tripled. The result: conversions grew from 639 to 2,017 a month, and ROAS climbed from 4.9x to a sustained 13–14x.

The challenge: high-ticket jewelry with a $184 cost per conversion — most of the budget was buying clicks, not customers. What we did: killed underperforming campaigns instead of feeding them, consolidated into two profitable Performance Max structures plus tight branded search, and let efficiency compound. The result: spend dropped by half while monthly revenue rose from $72K to $183K — a 44x return on ad spend.

The challenge: a brand-new domain with 19 monthly organic visits and ads returning $1.54 per dollar — below break-even. What we did: ran ads and SEO as one system: profit-first campaign restructure on the ads side; technical fixes, keyword-mapped pages, and link building (referring domains 36 → 181, Domain Rating 1.4 → 7) on the organic side. The result: ROAS tripled to 4.6–5.7x, conversions grew 7x, and organic traffic compounds on top of every ad dollar.
